Language Translated for non english readers

People who are working in non english speaking countries should be able to receive translated version of the original email in english

ALL CONTENT - Soft delete with a trash folder

Customers sometimes delete content accidentally and would like to be able to restore content. Content is permanently deleted or the content is soft deleted but the customer has no way to restore the item.
