Make Sender ID a regional setting

Currently sender ID for o365 metrics must either be global or individual. We would like to be able to manage sender ID's at the regional level as Microsoft limits sender ID's to 10 from addresses and managing individually is no sustainable for us.

We'd like to look into this further, but are wondering if you could clarify the regional level (testing, organization, and global). https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook/actionable-messages/actionable-messages-faq
