Hi Michael,
We are looking into other options, but there are indicators now. I've added screenshots of disabled vs enabled here.
We are on version 5.15.4578.3720. We can not see any indication that "Suppress Auto Replies" is enable or not. Perhaps a check mark to indicate its enabled can be displayed.
Hi Michael: I just wanted to give you an update that PoliteMail version 4.91 is now ready with a better user interface and more distinguishable icons. Please contact your Account Representative to schedule an upgrade and thank you for using the Ideas Board!

The new build is nearing completion so I am not able to share screenshots at this time as the product is not yet released. I will have your Account Manager contact you when the new interface is ready to go over the new features. I hope you will be pleased with the better readability of the options.

Hello and thank you for contacting PoliteMail. Our next release will feature an updated User Interface and the PoliteMail New Message options, including Suppress Auto-Replies, are much more easily identified as selected.
