Add PoliteMail drop down functionality when sending calendar invites

If you are a sending a calendar invite, 'Get Recipient Count' is the only option in the drop down under the PoliteMail flag. The functionality available when you send an email would also be helpful when sending a calendar invite, most notably, suppress auto-replies.
